Whats up you guys? tbh I made the hardest decision yesterday, I deleted my socmeds and a couple messaging apps too now Im disconnected from the world except here sort of, I plan to delete it as well but Im hesitant for some reason

Whats up guys? if someone approached you and said tomorrow you will change. The next day, you feel different than usual and you remember something that you shouldnt listen to any music, podcast or any audio or white noise or anything at all would you do it?
