Dear Me,

You’ve made it through days you once thought you couldn’t. You’ve learned, grown, and kept moving even when the path wasn’t clear. It’s okay to celebrate your progress, no matter how small it seems.

Keep being curious. Keep being kind to yourself and to others. Not every plan will work out, and not every answer will come quickly, but each experience will teach you something valuable.
