Dear Me,

I hope you’re reading this with a smile, knowing that you made it through all the difficult days you once thought you couldn’t survive.

Remember where you started. Remember the nights you felt tired, lost, scared, or unsure of yourself. You kept going anyway. Every small step mattered. Every failure taught you something. Every difficult moment made you stronger.

I hope you never forget that you don’t have to have everything figured out. Life is not a race. Your journey is yours, and it doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

When things become difficult, please don’t give up on yourself. Rest if you need to, cry if you need to, start again if you have to—but keep moving forward.
