Start of your New Life

Hi Good Morning/Good Afternoon/Good Evening,

I just started my new life in a Call Center setup wherein I learn new things in life.
At first I thought I won’t have an opportunity to change my life that I will stay as
a regular person who only enjoys life by playing online games and doing a household chores in everyday for my life. Suddenly I plan to apply for a job and then this time came that I am hired to be a Customer Service Representative. I am totally overwhelmed that I am one of those qualified person to be hired and that made me so fantastic that I have to start my new life in a BPO Setup. When time goes by I never thought that it is so difficult to do this as I learned many things to consider in my job as a Call Center Agent. I hope that I pass everything I need because I need this job and also the money for my financial stability.
